Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats and dogs are welcome (no other pets). Up to 2 pets per household. One‑time fee: $300 per pet. Pet deposit: $200 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. Breed restrictions apply (e.g., Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Akita, etc.).
